Hammond CCR54TZPL 31U Tapped Combination Rack Rail Pair

The CCR54TZPL is a 31U tapped combination rack mount rail, sold in pairs, engineered as a factory replacement or expansion rail for Hammond C2 and REFK cabinet systems. It suits IT and AV integrators, industrial control builders, telecom facilities and OEM engineers who need to restore damaged rails, add mounting positions, or set a cabinet up for standard 19-inch rack equipment.

Construction is heavy-duty 10-gauge mild steel with a zinc plated finish, giving a rigid mounting platform for servers, networking gear, industrial controls and AV equipment while improving electrical grounding continuity through the cabinet. Mounting holes are EIA-310 compliant 10-32 tapped holes, and the front face carries stamped numbered "U" markings at 1U increments to simplify equipment alignment and future expansion.

This rail provides 31 rack units of mounting space. Overall dimensions are 54.00 in (1372 mm) high by 0.86 in (22 mm) wide by 2.45 in (62 mm) deep, with the drawing showing an overall height of 54.25 in (1378 mm) and 53.75 in (1365 mm) of EIA spacing. Shipping weight is 15 lbs (6.80 kg) per order.

Unlike a conventional rack rail, the CCR54TZPL uses a combination rail profile that supports front rack mounting while also allowing compatible accessories, such as shelves and cable management, to mount directly to the side of the rail. Note that combination rails may conflict with rack slides due to the accessory rail. The rail installs vertically using the included strut mounting hardware; rack mounting hardware is sold separately.
