Hammond CCR35TZPL 20U 10-32 Tapped Combination Rack Rail Pair

The CCR35TZPL is a pair of 20U rack mount rails with EIA-310 compliant 10-32 tapped holes, engineered as factory replacement and expansion rails for Hammond C2 and REFK cabinet systems. It suits IT and AV integrators, industrial control builders, telecom facilities and OEM engineers who need to replace a damaged rail, add mounting positions, or convert a cabinet to threaded mounting.

Rails are formed from heavy-duty 10-gauge mild steel with a zinc plated finish, which provides corrosion resistance while improving electrical grounding continuity throughout the cabinet. Stamped numbered "U" markings on the front face simplify equipment alignment and future expansion. Each rail measures 35.00 in (889 mm) high by 0.86 in (22 mm) wide by 2.45 in (62 mm) deep, with 34.50 in (876 mm) of EIA spacing giving 20 rack units of usable mounting space. Shipping weight for the pair is 10 lbs (4.54 kg).

Unlike conventional rack rails, CCR35TZPL uses a combination rail profile: it provides front rack mounting and also allows compatible accessories such as shelves, cable management and specialty hardware to mount directly to the side of the rail. Note that combination rails may conflict with rack slides because of the accessory rail.

The rails install vertically using the included strut mounting hardware for quick replacement or cabinet upgrades; rack mounting hardware is sold separately. A square-hole L-rail equivalent, CPR35SZPL, is offered in the same 20U height.
