Hammond C2T1936VCEBK1 20 x 27.75 in Vented Cabinet Top, Cable Entry

The C2T1936VCEBK1 is a vented steel top panel for rack cabinets, measuring 20.00 in (508 mm) wide by 27.75 in (705 mm) deep and finished in RAL9005 black (painted black textured). It is intended for IT, network, telecom, AV and structured cabling installations where heat needs to escape from the top of an enclosure without adding active fans, and where cables also have to be routed into the cabinet from above.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel with a powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental compliance requirements. The vented pattern allows passive airflow so warm air can rise naturally out of the cabinet, while the panel still maintains enclosure protection. This CE version adds cable entry openings in all four corners - four 3.50 in (89 mm) diameter openings on the drawing - so cabling can be dropped in at the corners while ventilation is preserved.

Mounting is straightforward: the panel carries 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter holes and 0.24 in x 1.50 in (6 mm x 38 mm) oblong slots, and the box includes a CLPKIT832-6 hardware kit with six 8-32 clip nuts (black oxide) and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc-plated machine screws. C2T1936VCEBK1 is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK or CLC cabinet series; per the cabinet sizing chart the C2T1936 size suits a 23.00 x 36.00 in C2 cabinet or a 24.00 x 42.00 in C4 cabinet, and H1 cabinets require the H1TC Series for mounting.

The panel ships at 5 lbs (2.27 kg), is made in Canada, and is TAA-compliant as well as USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliant for government and regulated procurement.
