Hammond C2T1936SBK1 20 x 28.25 in Solid Steel Cabinet Top Panel

The C2T1936SBK1 is a solid steel top panel for rack cabinets, measuring 20.00 in (508 mm) wide by 28.25 in (718 mm) deep in a painted black textured finish. It is intended for IT and network integrators, data center operators and facilities teams who need to close off the top of a cabinet so airflow follows a defined front-to-rear path rather than leaking out through the roof.

Part of the C2TS Series, these panels are built from 14-gauge steel for durable enclosure protection and long-term reliability. The solid, unvented design seals the cabinet top, preventing dust, debris and contaminants from entering from above and supporting hot aisle / cold aisle containment strategies. It suits installations where cable entry is handled through rear or bottom pathways instead of overhead.

Each C2T1936SBK1 ships with the CLPKIT832-6 mounting hardware set: six 8-32 clip nuts with black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc-plated machine screws, plus the panel itself. Six 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter mounting holes are provided, and assembly instructions (BUL86698) cover installation of the clip nuts and screws.

By series data, the C2T1936 size fits C2 cabinets measuring 23.00 in wide x 36.00 in deep and C4 cabinets measuring 24.00 in wide x 42.00 in deep. The C2TS Series is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK and CLC cabinet series; H1 cabinets require the H1TC Series for mounting.

The panel is made of mild steel with a black powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. It is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America (country of origin CA), is USMCA and REACH compliant, and ships at 7 lbs (3.18 kg).
