Hammond C4SP7736SBK1 44U Solid Side Panels for 36 in Deep Cabinets

C4SP7736SBK1 is a pair of solid side panels for the Hammond C4 modular server rack cabinet system, sized for 44U frames with a 36.00 in (914 mm) depth. It is intended for data center, enterprise IT, network and colocation builds where an open C4 frame needs to be closed in on both sides for a finished, enclosed cabinet. The solid version is chosen when you want to contain airflow and block side access; a vented equivalent (C4SP7736VBK1) is offered in the same size for thermal induction.

Each panel is formed from mild steel, in line with the C4 platform's 16-gauge doors and panels, and is finished in painted black textured powder coat. The series finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental requirements. A 10-32 x 1/2 bonding stud is provided on the panel for grounding and bonding, consistent with the grounding provisions carried through the C4 frame, doors and panels.

Overall panel dimensions are 76.94 in (1954 mm) high by 32.44 in (824 mm), with four 0.25 x 0.33 mounting slots. Each panel carries a black plastic handle and four slotted 1/4-turn latches, so panels can be removed for service access without tools. C4SP7736SBK1 ships as a pair, at 110 lbs (49.90 kg) shipping weight.

The C4 platform is UL2416 listed at a 3000 lb load rating and seismic rated to 1200 lb dynamic load (IBC, CBC, NBC, ASCE) when assembled by Hammond. Note that individual components such as these side panels are not UL2416 or seismic rated on their own and must be assembled as a complete cabinet to meet those certification requirements.
