Hammond C4SP7736VBK1 44U Vented Side Panel Pair, 36 in Deep Cabinet

C4SP7736VBK1 is a pair of vented side panels for the C4 Series modular server rack cabinet system, sized for 44U frames with a 36.00 in (914 mm) depth. The panels are intended for data center, enterprise IT and network infrastructure builds where a C4 open frame is being configured into a fully enclosed cabinet and thermal induction through the cabinet sides is wanted.

Each panel is fabricated from mild steel and finished in a black textured powder coat. Within the C4 platform, doors and panels are 16-gauge steel and the finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The vented pattern lets air pass through the cabinet sides, complementing the series' high airflow door and interchangeable top panel options.

The drawing for C4SP7736VBK1 shows an overall panel height of 76.94 in (1954 mm) and a 32.44 in (824 mm) dimension across the panel. Each panel assembly includes a black plastic handle and four slotted quarter-turn latches for tool-free removal, and carries a 10-32 x 1/2 bonding stud so the panel can be bonded to the frame - part of the grounding and bonding provisions found throughout C4 frames, doors and panels. Quarter-turn locks are available as an option.

Side panels are sold in pairs and ship at 108 lbs (48.99 kg). Note that UL2416 (3000 lb load rating) and the 1200 lb dynamic seismic rating apply to a complete cabinet assembled by Hammond; individual components such as these panels are not rated independently. The panels are manufactured in Canada, TAA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant, and fall under UL file E474597.
