Hammond C4DF3077VBK1 44U Vented Flush Door for 30 in Wide Cabinet

The C4DF3077VBK1 is a vented (perforated) flush-with-frame door built exclusively for the Hammond C4 Cabinet Series. It suits the 44U, 30.00 in (762 mm) wide C4 cabinet and is aimed at IT, AV and facilities teams that need high-airflow front or rear closure on server and network cabinets. Perforated doors on both the front and back of the cabinet are suggested for most server applications.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The perforated panel provides 63% open area across a vent field measuring 18.88 in (479 mm) wide by 71.81 in (1824 mm) high, so cabinet-mounted equipment can breathe without leaving the enclosure open.

Overall door dimensions are 26.38 in (670 mm) wide by 76.81 in (1951 mm) high, and shipping weight is 40 lbs (18.14 kg). The C4DF3077VBK1 ships complete with three left-hand 180-degree opening hinges to mount on the cabinet, a formed black plastic handle and a quarter-turn lock with .531 in high cam (DWS220-9208).

Installation uses integrated spring pins at the top and bottom of the door for quick fitting into C4 Series cabinets. The door is hinged on the left and swings from right to left; order the C4RHINGE if right-hand hinging is required.
