Hammond C4DF2477VBK1 44U Vented Flush Door for 24in Wide Cabinet

The C4DF2477VBK1 is a vented cabinet door sized for 44U, 24.00 in (610 mm) wide C4 Series cabinets. It is intended for IT, AV and facilities teams building or refreshing equipment cabinets where airflow through the door face is required — perforated doors on both the front and back of the cabinet are suggested for most server applications.

The door is constructed in 16-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The perforated panel provides 63% open area, with a perforated field measuring 16.38 in (416 mm) wide by 71.81 in (1824 mm) high. Overall door dimensions are 20.38 in (518 mm) wide by 76.81 in (1951 mm) high, and shipping weight is 55 lbs (24.95 kg).

This is a flush-with-frame door with a locking quarter turn. It ships with a formed black plastic handle, a quarter-turn lock complete with a .531 in high cam (DWS220-9208) and three left-hand hinges with 180 degree opening to mount on the cabinet. The door is hinged on the left and swings from right to left; if right-hand hinging is needed, order the C4RHINGE.

Installation is straightforward: the door drops into a C4 Series cabinet using the integrated spring pin at the top and bottom of the door, so no drilling or frame modification is required. C4DF2477VBK1 is manufactured in North America, is USMCA compliant, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and is both RoHS and REACH compliant.
