Because the panel has no vents or cable openings, it blocks air leakage and keeps dust, debris and contaminants from entering the enclosure from above.
Construction is 14-gauge mild steel with a black textured powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Mounting hardware is included in the box: six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc-plated machine screws, both replaceable as CLPKIT832-6. Six .22 in (6 mm) mounting holes in the panel line up with the cabinet frame, and printed assembly instructions (BUL86698) cover the installation sequence.
C2T2431SBK1 is sized for C4 cabinets that are 30.00 in wide by 36.00 in deep and DCZ4 cabinets 30.00 in wide by 42.00 in deep. The C2TS Series as a whole is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK or CLC cabinet series, with H1 requiring the H1TC Series for mounting.
