Hammond C2F195623LG1 32U Light Gray Cabinet Frame, 23.6 in Deep

The C2F195623LG1 is a 32U open cabinet frame from the C2 Series modular rack cabinet system, finished in RAL 7035 light gray textured powder coat. It is the structural starting point for AV, telecom, lab, industrial and general equipment installations where the integrator selects the mounting rails, panels, doors and accessories needed to build a complete cabinet. Mounting rails are not included with this frame.

Construction is a 14-gauge steel welded assembly. Across the C2 Series, the cabinet frame uses 14-gauge steel with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels for a 1500 lb load capacity, with grounding studs on frame, doors and panels for bonding, and a textured powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

This 32U frame measures 63.31 in x 23.00 in x 23.63 in (1,608 mm x 584 mm x 600 mm), with the series ordering table listing overall dimensions of 64.16 in high (1630 mm), 23.00 in wide (584 mm) and 23.62 in deep (600 mm). Usable mounting height is 56.06 in (1424 mm) and usable mounting depth is 21.63 in (549 mm); the drawing shows 21.97 in (558 mm) usable depth. Shipping weight is 95 lbs (43.09 kg).

For 19 in equipment, pair C2F195623LG1 with a pair of CCR56TZPL tapped 10-32 rails or CPR56SZPL square-hole rails. The C2 platform uses C-channel struts for infinite-depth rail adjustment, and interchangeable top and bottom panels (solid, vented, fan or cable entry) for airflow and cable routing. The frame includes provisions for leveling feet (5/16-18 thread), optional casters (1/4-20 caster hardware) and 0.50 in (13 mm) lagging points for bolt-down installation.
