Hammond C2F195631BK1 32U Cabinet Frame Only, 23 x 31.5 in, 1500 lb

The C2F195631BK1 is a 32U open cabinet frame from the C2 modular rack cabinet system, intended for AV, telecom, lab, industrial and general equipment installations where the cabinet is specified component by component. It ships as a frame only with no mounting rails, so integrators can select the rail style, panels, doors and accessories that suit the build.

Construction follows the C2 platform: a 14-gauge steel cabinet frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. This frame is a welded assembly finished in RAL9005 Black textured powder coat, a finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Grounding studs on the frame, doors and panels support bonding, and four leveling feet are included with support for optional casters (caster hardware 1/4-20 thread; leveling foot 5/16-18 thread).

Overall dimensions are 23.00 in (584 mm) wide and 31.50 in (800 mm) deep, with an overall height of 64.16 in (1630 mm) in the series ordering table and a nominal listed size of 63.31 in x 23 in x 31.5 in (1,608 mm x 584 mm x 800 mm). Usable mounting height is 56.06 in (1424 mm) for 32 rack units, with 29.50 in (749 mm) of usable mounting depth. Shipping weight is 106 lbs (48.08 kg).

Add 19 in rack rail pairs to suit the equipment: CCR56TZPL for tapped 10-32 rails or CPR56SZPL for square hole rails. Infinite-depth rail adjustment using C-channel struts allows rails to be positioned for varied chassis depths, and interchangeable top and bottom panels (solid, vented, fan or cable entry) plus optional doors and side panels let airflow and access be tailored. C2F195631BK1 is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant and manufactured in North America.
