Hammond C2F195631LG1 32U Modular Cabinet Frame, 23W x 31.5D Light Gray

The C2F195631LG1 is a 32U open cabinet frame from the C2 Series modular rack cabinet system, finished in RAL 7035 light gray textured powder coat. It is the structural starting point for AV, telecom, lab, industrial and general equipment installations where the integrator selects the mounting rails, panels, doors and accessories needed for the job. Mounting rails are not included with this frame.

The C2 Series uses a 14-gauge steel cabinet frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. This frame ships as a welded assembly with four leveling feet supported by 5/16-18 threads, and 1/4-20 caster hardware provisions for optional casters. Grounding studs on the frame, doors and panels support bonding, and the textured powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

Overall dimensions are 63.31 in x 23.00 in x 31.50 in (1,608 mm x 584 mm x 800 mm), with the series ordering table listing an overall height of 64.16 in (1630 mm). Usable mounting height is 56.06 in (1424 mm) for 32U of equipment, with usable mounting depth listed as 29.50 in (749 mm) and 29.84 in (758 mm) on the drawing. Top and bottom openings measure 19.06 in x 22.75 in and 19.11 in respectively for cable entry and panel fitment. Shipping weight is 105 lbs (47.63 kg).

Pair C2F195631LG1 with CCR56TZPL tapped 10-32 rail pairs or CPR56SZPL square-hole rail pairs, both sized for this 32U frame, plus C2 Series top panels, doors, side panels, shelves, cable management and PDUs. Infinite-depth rail adjustment using C-channel struts allows equipment mounting depth to be set as required. The frame is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant and made in Canada.
