Hammond C2F194936LG1 28U Open Frame Rack Cabinet, 23W x 36D Light Gray

The C2F194936LG1 is a 28U open frame rack cabinet from the C2 Series modular rack cabinet system, supplied in RAL 7035 light gray textured powder coat. It is the frame only — 19" mounting rails are not included — making it the starting point for AV, telecom, lab, industrial and general equipment installations that are built up from selected rails, panels, doors and accessories.

Construction is a 14-gauge steel welded assembly. Across the C2 platform the frame uses 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets with 16-gauge doors and panels, and the system is rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. Grounding studs on the frame, doors and panels support bonding, and the textured powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The series is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America; this part ships from Canada as country of origin.

Infinite-depth rail adjustment using C-channel struts allows rails to be positioned to the equipment. Four leveling feet are included (5/16-18 thread) and the frame includes 1/4-20 caster hardware provision plus 0.50 in (13 mm) lagging points for bolt-down installation. Interchangeable top and bottom panels and optional doors and side panels let C2F194936LG1 be configured for airflow, cable entry, visibility and security.
