The BWJ6A180 is a 180 in (4572 mm) bonding wire jumper from the BWJ Series, supplied as a rack cabinet ground kit for IT, AV, electrical and facilities teams that need to bond racks, cabinets and enclosures back to a common grounding point. Its long length suits runs between spaced-out cabinets, a rack row and a wall-mounted busbar, or a cabinet and a remote ground reference.
The jumper uses #6 AWG 266-strand copper cable of MTW/TEW UL1283 type, insulated in green with a yellow stripe for clear identification as a bonding conductor. The assembly is constructed with UL Listed components and is terminated at one end with a crimped-on two-hole compression lug rated for a 1/4" stud; the opposite end is supplied blunt cut for field termination. The lug's two bolt holes are 0.28 in (7 mm) in diameter and spaced 0.62 in (16 mm) apart.
Mounting hardware is included for fastening to either 1/4-20 or 10-32 studs, and a stick-on grounding symbol is provided for compliance labelling. Each BWJ6A180 kit includes one cable and does not use quick-disconnecting terminals.
