Hammond BWJ6A120 120-Inch 6 AWG Copper Bonding Wire Jumper

The BWJ6A120 is a 120.00 in (3048 mm) bonding wire jumper from the BWJ Series, supplied as a rack cabinet ground kit for IT, AV, data centre and electrical contractors who need to bond racks, cabinets and enclosures back to a common grounding point. Each kit includes one cable, mounting hardware and a stick-on grounding symbol for compliance labelling.

The conductor is #6 AWG 266-strand copper, MTW/TEW UL1283 type, with green insulation and a yellow stripe for clear identification as a grounding conductor. The jumper is built with UL Listed components and is terminated with a crimped-on compression lug at one (1) end; the opposite end is supplied blunt cut so it can be routed and terminated to suit the installation.

The 6 GA compression lug carries two bolt holes measuring 0.28 in (7 mm) in diameter, spaced 0.62 in (16 mm) apart, and is rated for a 1/4 in stud per the part drawing. Mounting hardware is included for fastening to either 1/4-20 or 10-32 studs, so the same BWJ6A120 kit can be used across a range of bonding points and grounding busbars. Quick disconnecting terminals are not provided on this part.
