Hammond ADSU2536BK 1U 25-36 in Adjustable Solid Shelf, 350 lb

The ADSU2536BK is a 1U adjustable-depth solid server shelf for standard 19 in 4-post racks and cabinets. Its telescoping front and rear trays extend from 25.00 in (635 mm) to 36.00 in (914 mm), so IT and AV integrators, electricians and facilities teams can support servers, storage arrays, UPS units, battery equipment and non-rackmount gear across a range of cabinet depths without extra hardware.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel finished in black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Overall height is 1.72 in (44 mm), a compact 1U profile, with a 19.00 in (483 mm) width, an 18.31 in (465 mm) 19 in mounting dimension and a 17.40 in (442 mm) inside shelf width. The solid tray provides maximum equipment support; a vented alternative, ADSV2536BK, is offered in the same series for improved airflow.

Maximum weight load for this shelf is 350 lb (158 kg). The series notes that 14-gauge steel ADS shelves support up to 550 lb (250 kg) when used with the optional ADSB Heavy Duty Support Bar, which also adds stability for dynamic or segmented loads such as battery systems; without the ADSB, shelves support up to 330 lb (150 kg).

ADSU2536BK ships fully assembled and mounts directly to standard 4-post EIA-compliant racks. It can be installed tray-down or inverted for added flexibility in equipment height, airflow and cable clearance. Mounting hardware is not included. The shelf is manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility, is TAA-compliant and USMCA compliant, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Shipping weight is 24 lbs (10.89 kg).
