Hammond ADSU1825BK 1U 18-25 in Adjustable Depth Solid Rack Shelf

The ADSU1825BK is a 1U solid adjustable-depth server rack shelf for standard 19 in, 4-post EIA-compliant racks and cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecom, AV and industrial users who need a dependable platform for heavy rack-mounted gear or non-rackmount equipment such as servers, storage arrays, UPS units and battery systems.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel with a black textured powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The solid tray offers maximum surface support for equipment, and the shelf ships fully assembled to reduce installation time. A vented alternative, ADSV1825BK, is available in the same size when improved airflow is preferred.

Overall height is 1.72 in (44 mm) in a 1U profile, with a 19.00 in (483 mm) width and an internal width of 17.40 in (442 mm). The telescoping front and rear sections adjust across an 18.00 in (457 mm) to 25.00 in (635 mm) depth range, so one shelf suits a variety of cabinet depths without extra hardware. Maximum weight load for this part is 350 lb (158 kg); the ADS Series supports up to 550 lb (250 kg) when used with the optional ADSB Heavy Duty Support Bar, which also adds stability for dynamic or segmented loads.

ADSU1825BK mounts directly to four-post rack rails and can be installed in the standard tray-down orientation or inverted for added flexibility in equipment height, airflow and cable clearance. Rack mounting hardware is not included. Shipping weight is 18 lbs (8.16 kg).
