Hammond ACE202410LG 20 x 24 x 10 in Aluminum Command Enclosure, Type 12

The ACE202410LG is a large-format aluminum command enclosure, 20 in high by 24 in wide and 10 in deep. It combines the biggest front panel in the ACE Series with substantial internal depth, suiting operator stations that carry many O/I devices plus internal components. It is designed for use with suspension systems and for indoor environments where dirt, dust, oil and water may be present.

The enclosure body and door are formed from 0.081" Type 5052 H-32 aluminum, with smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth and a formed lip that excludes flowing liquids and contaminants. Oil resistant gaskets are permanently secured, and the 3mm aluminum door front panel offers full front mounting space that is easily machined.

A reversible rear door secured with slotted quarter turn fasteners gives internal access and has provisions for the optional ACEP2024 panel. Latches and hinges are zinc diecast with black epoxy finish, a bonding stud is fitted to the door, and a grounding stud is installed in the enclosure. Vertical aluminum profiles on each side help with rotation, and a heavy duty reinforcing plate is included for the optional Tara Plus (TPSS) or 50/80 (HDSS) suspension systems.

The ACE202410LG is powder coated RAL 7035 light gray, rated UL 508A Type 12 and cUL Type 12 (File E65324), complies with NEMA Type 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP54, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
