Hammond 2SLI Slotted Quarter Turn Insert, Black

The 2SLI is a black slotted insert from the Quarter Turn Inserts and Keys range for Eclipse and Series 2000 enclosures. It gives maintenance teams and panel builders a slotted insert for the quarter turn, for example when returning an enclosure to a slot-operated latch.

The insert is field installable and replaces the standard quarter turn slot. Installing it maintains the enclosure's NEMA, UL and CSA 12, 4 and 4X ratings. Unlike the double bit, square and triangle inserts in the range, the 2SLI is a slotted format, so it does not require a special key.

The part drawing shows overall dimensions of 0.625 in by 0.985 in. The manufacturer short description is "N 2000 SLOTTED INSERT". The 2SLI ships in a bag with a listed shipping weight of 1 lbs (0.45 kg) and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
