Hammond 2CSBX266018 60" Stainless Dual Access Console Base

The 2CSBX266018 is the widest dual access, stainless steel base in the Series 2000 Modular Console System. At 60 inches wide, with two outside hinged doors on the front and two on the back, it gives large consoles in Type 4X environments full access to panel mounted or rack mounted equipment from both sides.

The drawing shows each door at 29.75 in wide by 25.50 in high, a 57.42 x 23.42 in door opening on each face and 25.13 x 23.43 in of clear space available on the doors. The doors are secured with slotted quarter turn oil-tight latches over oil resistant, permanently secured gaskets, and a formed lip on the enclosure excludes flowing liquids and contaminants.

Enclosure dimensions are 26.00 in H x 60.00 in W x 16.50 in D (660 x 1524 x 419 mm), with a 17.92 in inside depth; the nominal listing is 26 x 60 x 18. The body and doors are formed 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with smooth continuously welded seams, body stiffeners where required, stainless steel hardware and a natural smooth brushed finish. The top is open, and the bottom is closed with a removable access panel and gland plate installed from inside.

The 2CSBX266018 is rated UL 508A Type 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and CSA Type 3R, 4, 4X, 12, 13, complies with IEC 60529 IP66 and conforms to EIA RS-310-E. It ships on a skid at 180 lbs (81.65 kg).
