The 1597DIN4M53V is an Italtronic DIN 4 enclosure in the 1597DM Series combining an open top, closed terminals on both sides and vents. The 71 mm wide housing is suited to PCBs and DIN rail mounted electronics where venting is required but the terminal sides should stay closed.
It is moulded from RAL7035 light grey PPO rated UL94 V-0. Snap closures mean no hardware is needed, and the integrated DIN rail mounting clip fits standard 35mm DIN rail. The purchased enclosure includes base, cover and DIN clip.
Nominal dimensions are 3.54 in x 2.8 in x 2.28 in (90 mm x 71 mm x 58 mm), and shipping weight is 0.1 lbs (0.05 kg). It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
Top covers listed on the drawing for the open top (not included) are 1597D4MPH gray, 1597D4MPHTPC clear, 1597D4MPRH gray with inlay and 1597D4MPRHTPC clear with inlay. Enclosures in this series can be factory modified (milling, drilling, printing etc.) on a quote basis, and solid models are available in .stp or .x_t formats.
