The 1593TBK is the longer, 112 mm low-profile model in the 1593 hand-held series, molded in black general purpose ABS with a satin texture. At 0.83 in (21 mm) deep it gives more board area than the 1593S while keeping a thin, comfortable profile for remotes, handheld readers and compact instruments.
A "three snap" battery door closes the integrated compartment, which accepts AAA batteries only; the two AAA holder is the largest that will fit. One end panel is removable and the recessed top offers a 100.00 x 55.00 mm inlay, 1.00 mm deep, for a membrane display or keypad. Black enclosures include black finish screws.
Part-page size is 4.4 x 2.6 x 0.83 in (112 x 66 x 21 mm); the series table gives 112 x 67 x 21 mm. The drawing shows 69.93 mm inside length, 60.79 mm inside width and 14.80 mm inside height. Maximum P.C. board is 59.14 x 68.12 mm, mounted with #4 self-tapping screws.
Each 1593TBK includes top and bottom cover, 1 plastic flat front panel, battery door and 4 cover screws, shrink wrapped at 0.14 lbs (0.06 kg). Replacement cover screws are #4 x 5/8" self-tapping (1593MS100 / 1593MS100BK). UL94 HB, RoHS and REACH compliant.
