The 1591UF2SGY is a light gray 120 x 120 x 59 mm (4.72 x 4.72 x 2.32 in) enclosure in the 1591 Series, supplied with a mounting flange attached to the bottom and molded in general purpose (economy) ABS. It gives integrators an economical, surface-mountable box for circuit boards.
General purpose ABS with a UL94 HB rating is used, so this version is not flame retardant. Molded card guides take 1.5 mm (0.062") boards vertically, and lap joint construction resists dust and splashing water; the enclosure is designed to meet IP54.
The drawing shows 145.20 mm [5.717 in] overall length across the flange, 133.50 mm [5.256 in] between flange holes, 60.50 mm [2.382 in] overall height and an inside cavity of 113.54 x 113.54 x 54.90 mm with 49.90 mm high card guides. The lid fixes with #4 self-tapping screws into plastic posts, nickel finish on light gray enclosures, torqued to 42–57 ozf.in (30–40 cN.m).
Included are the box, lid and 4 cover screws. The 1591UF2SGY weighs 0.4 lbs (0.18 kg) shipped, comes in shrink wrap and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
