The 1591LF2GY is a light gray flame retardant ABS box with a bottom mounting flange, built on the compact 1591L body of 3.35 x 2.2 x 1.54 in (85 x 56 x 39 mm). It suits installers who need a small flanged housing for boards mounted upright.

Lap joint construction protects against dust and splashing water. The lid attaches with M3 - 0.5 machine screws threaded into pre-installed brass inserts, suited to repeated assembly and disassembly, and light gray enclosures include standard nickel finish screws. Recommended torque is 35.5-42.5 ozf.in (25-30 cN.m).
The 1591LF2GY includes box, lid, 4 cover screws and brass inserts, ships in shrink wrap at 0.16 lbs (0.07 kg) and is RoHS and REACH compliant. The 1591LC clear lid and 1591Z card adaptors are listed accessories, and the enclosure can be factory modified by milling, drilling or printing. Solid models are available in .stp or .x_t.
