The 1591HSFLBK is the black general purpose ABS version of the 1591H flanged lid enclosure. The 6.52 x 2.79 x 1.14 in (166 x 71 x 29 mm) box has wall mounting flanges molded into the lid and is an economical choice when flame retardancy is not a requirement.
General purpose economy versions are not flame retardant, and this part is rated UL94 HB. It is IP54 rated with lap joint construction. The lid is assembled with #4 self-tapping screws into fully plastic posts, and black enclosures include black screws.
The 1591HSFL drawing shows 190.90 mm [7.516 in] overall length across the lid flanges and 28.80 mm [1.134 in] overall height, with interior space of 159.70 x 64.80 x 25.00 mm. Card guides on all side walls accept 1.5 mm (0.062") boards, and bosses inside the lid accept #4 self-tapping screws, with 1593ATS50 and 1593ATS100 PC board screws available for the lid.
The 1591HSFLBK includes box, lid and 6 cover screws; recommended torque is 42-57 ozf.in (30-40 cN.m). It ships in shrink wrap at 0.21 lbs (0.10 kg) and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
