The 1591HFLGY is a light gray flame retardant ABS enclosure with wall mounting flanges molded into the lid. Its 6.52 x 2.79 x 1.14 in (166 x 71 x 29 mm) body suits controls, sensors and interface electronics that are fixed to a wall or panel.
Across the lid flanges the 1591HFL drawing gives 190.90 mm [7.516 in] overall length, with an overall height of 28.80 mm [1.134 in]. Internal space is 159.70 mm long, 64.80 mm wide and 25.00 mm high [6.287 x 2.551 x .984 in].

The 1591HFLGY includes box, lid, 6 cover screws and pre-installed brass inserts for M3 - 0.5 machine screws, torqued to 35.5-42.5 ozf.in (25-30 cN.m). Light gray enclosures include standard nickel finish screws. It is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships in shrink wrap at 0.23 lbs (0.10 kg). Optional 1591Z adaptors allow boards to be mounted horizontally, and the enclosure can be factory modified by milling, drilling or printing, with solid models offered in .stp or .x_t format.
