The 1590WBBFBK pairs the 1590BB body with a flanged bottom plate, a black textured finish and a water-tight gasket. It is a practical choice for panel builders, OEM engineers and field integrators who need to mount a painted metal electronics enclosure to a surface and want a box designed to meet IP65.
Construction is diecast aluminum alloy for both box and lid, with the bottom flange welded on. The polyester powder paint on the black version is tough and gives a lasting finish even after machining; black screws are included to match. Lap joint construction where lid and box meet resists dust and splashing water, and the included silicone gasket is shipped loose so you can fit it after machining or painting.
Nominal dimensions are 4.72 x 3.70 x 1.34 in (120 x 94 x 34 mm).
