The 1590PF is the 1590P diecast aluminum enclosure fitted with a welded flanged bottom plate. The flange brings the overall length to 179.53 mm [7.068"] so the enclosure can be fastened to a mounting surface, making it suitable for integrators and OEM engineers surface-mounting electronics on P.C. boards up to 143.22 mm by 73.12 mm.
Box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy, tough yet easy to machine, in a natural finish that is unpainted and vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges. Internal ribs guide the board and the side walls have a draft angle of 2 degrees or less. Lap joint construction protects against access of dust and splashing water; the 1590PF is rated IP54.
