The 1590P1FLBK is the black textured, flanged-lid version of the 153 x 83 x 50 mm 1590P1 enclosure. The wall-mounting flange is integrated into the lid, and the black finish gives a clean appearance for visible wall-mounted controls, indicators and equipment housings.
The box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy, coated with tough polyester powder paint that stays durable even after machining. Black screws are included to enhance appearance. Lap joint construction where lid and box meet helps keep out dust and splashing water, and this version is designed to meet IP54.
Per the drawing, the enclosure is 178.50 mm [7.028 in] long overall with the flanged lid, 83.10 mm wide and 50.40 mm high. Inside space is 145.69 x 75.79 mm with 45.40 mm of inside height, and maximum PC board dimensions are listed as 145.35 and 75.45 mm. Side walls have a draft angle of 2° or less.
Included are the box, lid and 4 cover screws for factory-tapped 6-32 UNC holes. The water-tight black version is 1590WP1FLBK, and 1590PGASKET is the listed gasket kit. Shipping weight is 0.82 lbs (0.37 kg), packed in shrink wrap; RoHS and REACH compliant.
