The 1590P1FL is a 153 x 83 x 50 mm natural diecast aluminum enclosure with a wall-mounting flange integrated into the lid. Fastening through the lid flange keeps the box body clear, a good fit for wall-mounted controls, sensor interfaces and equipment housings in facilities and OEM builds.
Box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy, which is tough yet easy to machine, and the unpainted version is vibra finished for a smooth surface without sharp edges. Lap joint construction where the lid and box meet protects against dust and splashing water; the standard version is designed to meet IP54.
The drawing gives 178.50 mm [7.028 in] overall length across the flanged lid, 83.10 mm [3.272 in] width and 50.40 mm [1.984 in] height. Inside dimensions are 145.69 x 75.79 mm with 45.40 mm [1.787 in] inside height, and maximum PC board dimensions are listed as 145.35 and 75.45 mm.
