The 1590CFLBK is a textured black diecast aluminum enclosure, nominal 119 x 94 x 56 mm (4.7 x 3.7 x 2.22 in), whose lid includes an integrated wall-mounting flange. It gives AV, industrial and OEM installers a finished black housing that mounts by its lid to a wall or panel.
The black coating is a tough polyester powder paint for a lasting finish even after machining, and black screws are included. Box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy that is easy to machine, and a lap joint where they meet protects against dust and splashing water; the standard version is designed to meet IP54.
