The 1590CF is the 1590C diecast aluminum enclosure fitted with a flanged bottom plate, giving a nominal 119 x 94 x 56 mm (4.7 x 3.7 x 2.22 in) box that fastens directly to a wall, panel or machine frame. The drawing notes that the bottom flange is welded, and the overall length across the flange is 148.24 mm (5.836 in).
It is built for integrators and electricians who need a mounted metal housing without adding brackets. Box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy, tough yet easy to machine, in an unpainted natural finish that is vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges. Lap joint construction protects against dust and splashing water; the standard version is designed to meet IP54.
