The 1589H8F1BKRR is a 1U, 19-inch horizontal rackmount power distribution unit rated 20A, 125VAC (listed as 120VAC in the part attributes) with eight NEMA 5-20R receptacles grouped on the rear of the unit. It is intended for IT, networking, AV, telecom, test and industrial equipment that needs higher-current single-phase power delivered where the equipment cords actually terminate — at the back of the rack.

All eight outlets face rearward (0 front, 8 rear), which keeps patch and power cabling out of the front working area and simplifies rear cable management in server and network cabinets.
