The 1555ULGY is a slim general purpose ABS enclosure measuring 200 x 120 x 45 mm (7.87 x 4.72 x 1.77 in), finished in light gray RAL 7035. It is a straightforward choice for housing a single long printed circuit board or a low DIN rail device in indoor equipment where a watertight lid is still wanted.
The ABS material is rated UL94 HB and intended for indoor use. ABS versions are not UL listed, but have been tested to and meet IP66, and they carry an IK07 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021 with a recommended operating temperature of -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F). A two-piece tongue and groove lid with a replaceable one-piece silicone gasket (supplied loose) keeps out oil, dust and water, and four included M4 stainless steel screws thread into corrosion resistant inserts.
Per the drawing, inside length is 192.98 mm and inside height is 37.45 mm. Boards up to 190.5 x 106.6 mm mount on integral M3 brass inserts or on standoffs for #6 self tapping screws; the 1554UPL steel inner panel is sold separately. The molding also includes DIN rail tabs and vertical card guides for 1.5 mm boards.
Four 4.30 mm wall-mounting holes are located outside the gasket channel and can also be used for the 1554FT foot kit. The polycarbonate, UL 508A listed version of this size is 1555UL2GY.
