Hammond 1555UAGY 200x120x60mm ABS Watertight Enclosure

The 1555UAGY is a 200 x 120 x 60 mm (7.87 x 4.72 x 2.36 in) general purpose ABS enclosure in light gray RAL 7035. The mid-height body gives indoor controllers, interface boards and compact DIN rail assemblies a sealed housing without the bulk of the deeper 91 mm size.

ABS versions carry a UL94 HB flame rating and are for indoor use; they are not UL listed, but have been tested to and meet IP66. Impact rating is IK07 per IEC 62262:2021 and the recommended operating temperature is -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F). The two-piece tongue and groove lid seals on a replaceable one-piece silicone gasket supplied loose inside, and closes with four included M4 stainless steel screws, self captivating and threaded into corrosion resistant inserts.

The drawing lists 192.47 mm of inside length and 51.90 mm of inside height. Boards up to 190.5 x 106.6 mm mount to integral M3 brass inserts or to standoffs for #6 self tapping screws, the lid interior has its own standoffs, and the optional 1554UPL steel inner panel is sold separately. DIN rail tabs and 1.5 mm vertical card guides are molded in.

Four 4.30 mm wall-mounting holes are outside the gasket channel, and the same holes accept the 1554FT foot kit. For outdoor or UL 508A listed applications, the polycarbonate 1555UA2GY is the matching size.
