The 1555L2GY is a square 105 x 105 mm polycarbonate enclosure with a 60 mm total height, finished in light gray RAL 7035. Its compact square format suits junction-style electronics, small controllers and DIN rail components that need a sealed, UL listed housing indoors or outdoors.
Construction is UV stabilized polycarbonate with a UL94 5VA flame rating. It is cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324, rated IP68 and NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, and carries an IK08 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021. Recommended operating temperature is -40°C to +110°C (-40°F to +230°F).
The interior measures 92.57 x 93.35 mm with 51.20 mm of height, and a P.C. board up to 92.5 x 93 mm fits. Molded DIN rail tabs, M3 brass inserts, standoffs for #6 self-tapping screws and vertical card guides for 1.5 mm boards are built in, and the 1554LPL steel inner panel is available separately.
The purchased assembly includes the box, styled lid, 4 cover screws and a preformed silicone gasket. The lid's smooth recess accepts a membrane keypad or label; it seals on a two-piece tongue and groove and fastens with self captivating M4 stainless steel screws into corrosion resistant inserts. Four 4.30 mm wall-mounting holes outside the gasket channel accept the 1554FT foot kit.
