Hammond 1555HFPL 167x107mm Galvanized Steel Enclosure Inner Panel

The 1555HFPL is the inner panel for the H size 1555F Series enclosures: 1555HF17GY, 1555H2F17GY, 1555HF42GY and 1555H2F42GY. It is the largest of these four panels, giving a generous flat metal plate for mounting hardware inside the 180 x 120 mm enclosures.

Hammond lists the material as steel and describes the part as a galvanized steel inner panel for 1555HF enclosures. The drawing shows a 1.45 mm thickness, R8.33 mm corners and 3.57 mm mounting holes, with an overall size of 167.13 x 106.68 mm.

The part page gives 6.58 x 4.2 x 0.06 in (167 x 107 x 2 mm), matching the 106.68 x 167.13 mm maximum PC board size of the H size enclosures. The panel fastens to the standoffs molded into the enclosure, designed for #4 x 1/4 in self-tapping screws (1555TS100). Its host enclosures measure 7.09 x 4.72 in (180 x 120 mm) without flanges, in 38 mm and 62 mm heights.

The 1555HFPL is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships shrink wrapped at 0.28 lbs (0.13 kg). On the H size enclosure drawings it is listed as an accessory to order separately, next to the 1554HGASKET replacement gasket pair and the 1555TS100 plated #4 x 1/4 in (6.4 mm) self-tapping screws.
