Hammond 1555FLGY 120x90x45mm Low-Profile ABS Watertight Enclosure

The 1555FLGY is a low-profile general purpose ABS enclosure with a 120 x 90 mm footprint and 45 mm total height (4.72 x 3.54 x 1.77 in nominal; 4.7 x 3.5 x 1.77 in, or 119 x 89 x 45 mm, on the part page). It is designed for flat boards and slim electronics used indoors, where a sealed, gasketed box is wanted at a lower height than the 61 mm size F.

It accepts a P.C. board up to 108.4 x 77.5 mm. Series mounting provisions for this size include internal DIN rail mounting tabs, threaded M3 integral brass inserts and/or standoffs for #6 self tapping screws, vertical card guides for 1.5 mm thick P.C. boards and standoffs in the lid. ABS versions are molded from general purpose UL94-HB material, tested to and meet IP66, and carry an IK07 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021. They are intended for indoor use with a recommended range of -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F) and are not UL listed. For UL 508A listing and outdoor UV stability, the polycarbonate equivalent is 1555FL2GY.

The light gray RAL 7035 styled lid gives a smooth recess for a label or membrane keypad and seals with tongue and groove construction over a one-piece silicone gasket supplied loose. Four included M4 stainless steel machine screws thread into corrosion resistant inserts. Four 4.30 mm mounting holes outside the gasket channel accept the 1554FT foot kit. The 1555FLGY has a shipping weight of 0.32 lbs (0.15 kg).
