Hammond 1554UA2GY 200x120x60mm Gray Polycarbonate NEMA 4X Enclosure

The 1554UA2GY is a shallower companion to the 200 x 120 mm footprint in the 1554 Series, with a 60 mm (2.36 in) total height. Molded in solid RAL 7035 light gray polycarbonate, it suits OEM engineers and integrators housing a long, low-profile PC board or slim DIN rail devices outdoors where depth is limited.

The part page lists UL94 5VA, IP68 and UL file E65324; polycarbonate versions are UV stabilized for outdoor use and cUL and UL 508A listed. Series testing covers IP66, IP67 and IP68 with NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, and the series gives an IK08 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021 and a -40°C to +110°C recommended operating range.

The lid uses two piece tongue and groove construction with a replaceable one-piece high temperature silicone gasket, supplied loose. It is secured by four included, self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws in corrosion resistant inserts. Inside the 1554UA2GY, DIN rail tabs, M3 brass inserts and card guides for 1.5 mm boards are molded in; the 1554UPL steel inner panel and 1554FT foot kit are ordered separately, and 1554UGASKET is the replacement gasket.
