Hammond 1554T2GYSL 180x120x90mm Smoked Lid Polycarbonate NEMA Enclosure

With a smoked polycarbonate lid on a light gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate box, the 1554T2GYSL gives a tinted view of status lights and displays in a rectangular 180 x 120 x 90 mm nominal housing. It is built for OEM and controls teams who want a darker lid finish while keeping the full watertight rating of the polycarbonate 1554 enclosures.

The part page lists IP68, NEMA 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 & 13 and UL94 V-0. The box is UV stabilized for outdoor use and is cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324, with an IK08 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021 and a recommended operating range of -40°C to +110°C.

Size per the ordering table is 7.09 x 4.72 in with a 3.58 in (91 mm) total height; the part page states 7.1 x 4.7 x 3.5 in (180 x 119 x 89 mm). Inside, the drawing gives 84.50 mm (3.33 in) of height and 172.13 mm (6.78 in) of length, and a PC board of up to 106.68 x 167.13 mm fits. The 1554T2GYSL assembly includes box, lid, four cover screws and a preformed silicone gasket. Lid screws are self-captivating M4 stainless steel, torqued to 43-57 oz f-in (30-40 cN-m). Wall-mounting holes outside the gasket channel also take the 1554FT foot kit, and the 1554HPL steel inner panel is sold separately. Shipping weight is 0.89 lbs (0.40 kg).
