Hammond 1554PGY Deep 120x120x80mm Gray ABS Indoor Enclosure

The 1554PGY is the general purpose ABS version of the deep 1554P size. Its light gray RAL 7035 ABS box and lid give indoor projects extra internal height for taller parts, terminal strips or stacked PC boards on a 120 x 120 mm footprint.

Nominal size in the ordering table is 120 x 120 x 80 mm (4.72 x 4.72 x 3.15 in), matching the 80.00 mm overall height on the drawing; the part page lists 4.7 x 4.7 x 3.5 in (119 x 119 x 89 mm). Inside height is 74.00 mm and inside length 111.89 mm, and P.C. boards up to 106.68 x 107.7 mm fit.

ABS versions are molded from general purpose UL94-HB material for indoor use. They are not UL listed, but have been tested to and meet IP66, with an IK07 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021 and a recommended range of -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F).

The lid seals with a tongue and groove joint and a loose-supplied silicone gasket and fastens with four self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws (43-57 ozf-in / 30-40 cN-m). DIN rail tabs, M3 brass inserts, #6 self-tapping standoffs and 1.5 mm card guides are molded into the 1554PGY, and the 1554NPL inner panel and 1554FT foot kit are available.
