Hammond 1554P2GYSL Deep 120x120x80mm Smoked Lid Polycarbonate Box

The 1554P2GYSL is the deep 1554P enclosure fitted with a smoked polycarbonate lid. A light gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate box provides the extra height for larger components while the tinted cover lets status lights show through.

The ordering table lists 120 x 120 x 80 mm (4.72 x 4.72 x 3.15 in), and the drawing confirms 80.00 mm overall height with 74.00 mm inside height and 111.89 mm inside length; the part page states 4.7 x 4.7 x 3.5 in (119 x 119 x 89 mm). Maximum P.C. board size is 106.68 x 107.7 mm.

The UL94 V-0 smoked lid seals via tongue and groove construction and a loose-supplied one-piece silicone gasket, and is fastened by four self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws in corrosion resistant inserts at 43-57 ozf-in (30-40 cN-m). Inside, DIN rail tabs, M3 brass inserts, #6 self-tapping standoffs and 1.5 mm card guides are molded in; the 1554NPL steel inner panel fits.

The 1554P2GYSL is UV stabilized for outdoor use, cUL and UL 508A listed (E65324), tested to IP66, IP67, IP68 and NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, IK08 impact rated and recommended for -40°C to +110°C. Four 4.00 mm holes outside the gasket channel handle wall mounting or the 1554FT foot kit.
