The 1554NL2GYSL is the smoked-lid version of the 45 mm (1.77 in) tall 1554NL enclosure. A light gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate box is paired with a tinted polycarbonate lid, suiting slim builds where indicators should show through a darker cover.
Nominal dimensions are 120 x 120 x 45 mm (4.72 x 4.72 x 1.77 in). The drawing lists 45.45 mm overall height, 39.35 mm inside height and 112.99 mm inside length; the maximum P.C. board is 107.7 x 106.6 mm. Internal DIN rail tabs, M3 brass inserts, #6 self-tapping standoffs and 1.5 mm card guides are molded in, and the 1554NPL inner panel fits.
The UL94 V-0 smoked lid seals with tongue and groove construction and a one-piece high-temperature silicone gasket shipped loose. Four self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws thread into corrosion resistant inserts for repeated access, at 43-57 ozf-in (30-40 cN-m).
As a polycarbonate 1554 enclosure, the 1554NL2GYSL is UV stabilized for outdoor use, cUL and UL 508A listed (E65324), tested to IP66, IP67, IP68 and NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, IK08 impact rated and recommended for -40°C to +110°C. Mount it through four 4.30 mm holes outside the gasket channel or with the 1554FT foot kit.
