Hammond 1554LAGY 105x105x90 mm Deep Gray ABS Enclosure

The 1554LAGY is the deeper square ABS model in the 1554 Series, measuring 4.13 x 4.13 x 3.54 in (105 x 105 x 90 mm). It shares the 105 mm footprint of the 1554LGY but adds height for taller components, relays or stacked boards in indoor installations.

The enclosure is general purpose light gray RAL 7035 ABS with a UL94 HB flammability rating. Its flat lid uses a two piece tongue and groove joint and a replaceable silicone gasket (supplied loose) to protect against oil, dust and water, secured by four included self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws in corrosion resistant bushings.

The drawing shows an inside length of 96.32 mm [3.79 in], inside width of 93.19 mm [3.67 in] and a generous inside height of 83.70 mm [3.30 in]. Molded DIN rail tabs, vertical card guides for 1.5 mm boards and M3 brass inserts that accept #6 self-tapping screws are built in; the 1554LPL steel inner panel is available separately and boards up to 92.57 x 93 mm are listed.

As an ABS version it is not UL listed, but it has been tested to and meets IP66 and carries an IK07 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021. The recommended operating range is -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F) for indoor use. Wall-mounting holes outside the gasket channel accept the 1554FT foot kit. Shipping weight is 0.55 lbs (0.25 kg); RoHS and REACH compliant.
