Hammond 1486E36SS 8x8x36-Inch Type 4X Stainless Steel Trough

The 1486E36SS is a three-foot Type 4X wiring trough with an 8 in x 8 in cross-section. Designed to enclose and protect multiple wiring junctions from dirt, dust, oil and water while providing a measure of corrosion protection, it suits OEM engineers and facilities teams running larger wire bundles in stainless steel.

Construction is formed 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with smooth continuously welded seams. The butt hinged cover closes with easily operated screw clamps, and the oil resistant gaskets are permanently secured. Trough and cover are natural stainless steel with a smooth brushed finish.
