Hammond 1486D30SS 6x6x30-Inch Stainless Steel Type 4X Trough

Sized between the two- and three-foot lengths, the 1486D30SS is a 6 in x 6 in x 30 in Type 4X wiring trough. Like the rest of the 1486SS Series, it is designed to enclose and protect multiple wiring junctions from dirt, dust, oil and water while providing a measure of corrosion protection.

The trough is formed 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with smooth continuously welded seams. Access is through a butt hinged cover secured with easily operated screw clamps, sealing on oil resistant gaskets that are permanently secured. Both trough and cover are natural stainless steel with a smooth brushed finish.

Overall it measures 6 in x 6 in x 30 in (152 mm x 152 mm x 762 mm). The drawing shows a 29.21 in opening, a 30.38 in door and a 7.50 in side-view overall height. Shipping weight is 29 lbs (13.15 kg).

Twelve gauge external mounting feet are welded to the back, with 0.31 in holes spaced 6.69 in across per the drawing.
