Hammond 1486C36 4 x 4 x 36 in Type 4/12 Wiring Trough

The 1486C36 is a three-foot Type 4/12 wiring trough in the 1486 Series, measuring 4.00 in x 4.00 in x 36.00 in (102 mm x 102 mm x 914 mm). It is designed to enclose and protect multiple wiring junctions from dirt, dust, oil and water, serving electrical contractors and OEM builders who need a sealed, accessible raceway for larger conductor groups.

The trough is formed 14 gauge steel with smooth continuously welded seams. A butt hinged cover is secured with easily operated stainless steel screw clamps, and permanently secured oil resistant gaskets seal the cover. 12 gauge external mounting feet are welded to the back. Trough and cover are finished in ANSI 61 gray powder coating.
