The 1485FW1 is a lay-in cut-off fitting for 12 x 6 N12 wireway, the largest size in the 1485 W1 Series. It gives installers a way to build a lay-in section of wide wireway to a custom length on site: the body comes in two pieces, one piece is cut off, the cover is shortened and the pieces are welded together.
The fitting is steel with a gray finish and one angle sealing plate is included. The manufacturer drawing shows a door 13.50 in long and 12.33 in wide, front-view dimensions of 4.87 in, 4.25 in and 9.87 in, back-view dimensions of 14.29 in and 5.00 in, side-view dimensions of 9.80 in, 6.05 in, 6.00 in and 11.94 in, an opposite side view with 12.58 in and 3.31 in, and a 13.63 in bottom-view dimension. Holes are 0.28 in diameter.
