The 1485BW1 is a lay-in cut-off fitting for 2.5 x 2.5 N12 wireway, part of the 1485 W1 Series. It is made for installers who need to produce a custom-length section of lay-in wireway on site: the body comes in two pieces, and the installer cuts off one piece, shortens the cover and welds the pieces together.
The fitting is steel with a gray finish and includes one angle sealing plate. The manufacturer drawing shows a door 13.50 in long and 2.83 in wide, front-view dimensions of 4.88 in, 4.25 in and 9.88 in, back-view dimensions of 14.25 in and 5.00 in, side-view dimensions of 2.36 in, 2.50 in and 1.50 in, a 3.13 in dimension on the opposite side view, and a 3.88 in bottom-view dimension. Holes are 0.28 in diameter.
