The 1441-8BK3 is the satin black version of the 6 in x 4 in x 2 in chassis in the 1441 Series. Builders who want a darker look for small classic or tube-style electronics can use it in place of the grey 1441-8 with identical dimensions.
It is built from spot welded 20 gauge steel (0.036 in per the drawing) and finished in satin black powder paint. The nominal size is 6 in x 4 in x 2 in (152 mm x 102 mm x 51 mm).
